2.1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.2. Cancellation period
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the goods.

2.3. Cancellation notice
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must send us info @edelturke .de, an unambiguous declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

2.4. Return of goods
The customer bears the costs of returning the goods.

2.5. Refund
The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the return to the customer's original method of payment.
