Size information
Our products are generally made in a looser fit style. A size chart is available on the respective product pages and serves to assist in selecting the appropriate clothing size. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform themselves in advance about the suitable size based on this information.

Return
Returns must be initiated exclusively via our Retouren-Portal: Retouren-Portal.

Customer service processes your request within 12–24 hours.

• For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL return label by email after processing.

• We do not provide a return label for returns from abroad. In this case, the return shipping costs must be borne by you.

Please note: Returns to our business address in Krefeld cannot be processed. Returns sent to addresses other than those specified in the Retouren-Portal will not be accepted.

Production defects
If you notice a production defect, please report it exclusively via our Retouren-Portal.

We will promptly review the incident and arrange an individual solution. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Origin and processing of the products
Our products are manufactured in the Republic of Turkey in compliance with high quality standards. The final finishing takes place in Germany. Through this production chain, we combine traditional craftsmanship with precise processing to offer high-quality textiles with special origin and finishing value.
