Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, returns must be initiated exclusively via our returns portal. Please open the following link and complete the form in full: Returns Portal
Customer service will process your request within 12–24 hours. Please note that inquiries via Instagram or other social media channels cannot be considered for organizational reasons. Contact is only possible via our official returns portal or by email at info@edelturke.de.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send the withdrawal via the returns portal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments made by you, except for delivery costs.
Please note: The refund does not occur immediately upon receipt of the goods, but only after inspection by our fulfillment center. This inspection process can take up to 7 working days after delivery. As soon as we have confirmation of the proper receipt and flawless condition of the returned goods, the refund will be initiated.
For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed. The refund is made exclusively to the original payment method.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

Please note: Returns to our business address in Krefeld cannot be processed. Returns to addresses other than the specified return address will not be accepted. We expressly reserve the right to refuse acceptance of such shipments. A refund is excluded in these cases.
Return Costs
• For returns within Germany, we provide you with a free DHL return label. This will be sent to you by email after processing your request.
• For returns from abroad, you bear the return costs yourself. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods / Requirement for Refund
A refund is only made if the goods are returned in flawless, unworn, unused, and original packaging in a fully resalable condition. This necessarily includes that all labels and especially hangtags (tags/labels/hangtags) remain unchanged and undamaged on the goods.
Returns without the original label or with removed hangtags are without exception excluded from the refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods,
• which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
• which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This includes in particular personalized clothing items.
Note on Order and Cancellation Processing
A subsequent change or cancellation of your order is no longer possible once the goods are in the production process or have been handed over to the shipping service provider (DHL). Cancellation is therefore excluded during production and shipping.
