Delivery time
Current delivery time: 2 to 5 working days after receipt of order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

We deliver worldwide – reliably with DHL Express.

Shipping costs
Germany: from 3.95€ (free shipping from 50.00€)
Europe: from 5.95€ (free shipping from 70.00€)

Since we produce exclusively to order, we ask you to carefully check whether a return is really necessary before making one – also in the interest of the environment.

Deliveries within the European Union
For deliveries within the EU, all prices include applicable VAT as well as any applicable customs and import duties. No additional charges apply.

Deliveries to third countries (e.g. Switzerland)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries), additional costs may apply in individual cases, including import duties, customs fees, and other taxes, which must be borne by the recipient in the respective destination country. These costs are outside the responsibility of Edeltürke and are not included in the purchase price. Edeltürke expressly does not provide reimbursement or advance payment. It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about any applicable duties and import regulations with the relevant authorities in the recipient country before placing an order.
