SHIPMENT

DELIVERY TIME:

EU-wide shipping within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of order.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

For orders over 50€, shipping is covered by us!

WITHIN EU

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

OUTSIDE EU

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties (fees, import taxes, VAT) may be charged, which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are collected once your package has reached your country. Original Kanak does not withhold any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how much your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid so that your package can be cleared through customs. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.

RETURN

Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy.

Period: We have a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order.

To make a return, the goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If the link cannot be used, please send an email to info@edelturke.de with the subject 'Return' and the information: order number, name and reason for return. You can also use the contact form .

We will give you precise instructions on where to return the goods.

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs for the return shipment. Edeltürke does not cover return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly thereafter.
